Energy Conservation officer
Mr. Asif Hussain Siddiqui has been appointed as Energy Conservation Officer (ECO) to lead the full fledged energy conservation department to achieve the target of 200MW to be conserved in two years of time, through massive campaign for better awareness and understanding to this national cause, along with partners like CDGK, ABB, Phillips and so on. He has extensive international experience with 17 years of hands on experience of 11KV operation network. He has worked as a micro marketing manager in Canada for about 5 years. Mr. Siddiqui has also attended training sessions in Malaysia for SAP (CRM) Module. He has also worked in 132KV grid station and substation maintenance and construction department. He has also worked as a director business operation for entire Karachi, sale operation and recovery collection of billing department.
His "conservation azm" is to make energy conservation initiative successful and to achieve desired target in the given time line. His key inspiration in life is to provide all possible opportunities to his children for their successful future. His hobbies are reading, debates and travelling and spending time with his family as well on social service activities. His long term dream for Karachi is to make energy conservation programme successful with the support of his superiors, colleagues and Karachites.
